ISTEP Snacks

ISTEP is rapidly approaching (first week of March and one week in April). It will be here before we know it! We have been doing some prep work in all subject areas. You will see math packets from time to time, writing prompts, and literature response questions coming home.

In the past we have been fortunate enough to have the school provide snacks for the students while they take the ISTEP test. Some days the tests are pretty long and tedious and it is a nice break to have a snack and be able to stretch a little. Unfortunately, this year the school will be unable to provide these snacks. If you are willing to provide snacks for our class during the ISTEP please let me know. It will very much be appreciated!
Some good snack ideas for ISTEP: peanut butter or cheese filled crackers, cereal bars, granola bars, cheese sticks, mini bagels, or whatever else you can think of!

The students are always allowed to have a water bottle. I like to avoid sugary juice drinks in the classroom. If you would like to provide something to drink with your snack, I would prefer milk. Thanks!
