Wow!

Well it looks like we get to start our Christmas break a day early! I didn't even realize they were calling for it to be nasty Tuesday night. I am so happy we were able to have our festivities Tuesday afternoon!

Open House was a huge success! We had a great turnout and the students loved getting to show off their hard work. They watched with anticipation for their guests to arrive in the door.

Then it was followed by a fabulous Christmas party. We had lots of parents in the classroom who were able to help out with the craft...it was great. Students constructed a cute snowman with their picture in the center. They also got to play a little Pin the Nose on the Snowman and Santa, Santa, where's my stocking? They had a lot of fun. Not only did they get to play great games, but they got some great treat bags and pens/pencils in the gift exchange. They really needed these pencils! We were all running low!

Thank you all who helped make these events a success! We truly appreciate what you all do for our classroom! We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of parents in our classroom.

Have a great Christmas break!!
